- 1 banana (preferably frozen for creaminess)
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar (optional, to taste)
- A pinch of salt
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)
Instructions
- Pour almond milk into your blender.
- Add the banana, making sure it is peeled and broken into pieces for easier blending.
- Add the natural peanut butter.
- Include the vegan chocolate protein powder.
- If desired, sprinkle in the unsweetened cocoa powder for an extra chocolatey flavor.
- For additional sweetness, add the maple syrup or agave nectar.
- Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
- If you prefer a colder and thicker shake, toss in some ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately!
