Instructions
- Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.
- Slice apples, kiwis, and mango into thin or cube shapes. Peel and segment the mandarin oranges.
- Slice the tip of the carrot into a small triangle to form the turkey’s beak.
- Place the strawberry near the bottom center of the tray to form the turkey’s head.
- Attach candy eyes and carrot beak to the strawberry using a dab of honey or peanut butter.
- Arrange blueberries in a semicircle around the strawberry to form the turkey’s chest.
- Fan out layers of mango, oranges, grapes, kiwi, and apple slices to mimic feathers.
- Fill gaps with pomegranate seeds to enhance detail and color.
- Chill until ready to serve.
