A delicious and creamy smoothie made with ripe banana, strawberries, and cottage cheese.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup ripe banana (frozen, 1/2 banana)
- 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (full-fat)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, soy milk)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- honey (maple syrup or agave nectar, if omitting the banana, optional)
Instructions
- Add the milk first, then the rest of the ingredients: frozen banana, frozen strawberries, cottage cheese, and protein powder, if desired.
- Add in any other add-ins at this time as well.
- Blend in a blender until smooth and has a creamy texture.
- Taste the smoothie before serving and adjust the sweetness and texture to your preference.
- Serve in a smoothie glass or make a smoothie bowl.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness with honey or maple syrup according to your taste.
- Feel free to add other ingredients like spinach or nut butter for extra nutrition.
