Description

A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe for meatballs seasoned with ranch and au jus.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 26 oz. frozen meatballs
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 56 pepperoncini peppers
  • 6 tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Add the meatballs to your crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle over the ranch seasoning and au jus.
  3. Pour in beef broth.
  4. Add pepperoncini peppers, and cut the butter into tabs, placing those around the pot.
  5. Cook on high for 2 1/2-3 hours or low for 5-6.

Notes

  • This recipe can also be served over rice or pasta.
  • Adjust pepperoncini quantity based on your spice preference.
