Description

A festive Peppermint Martini topped with whipped cream and candy canes, perfect for holiday celebrations!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 tablespoons crushed candy canes
  • 12 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 oz chocolate liqueur (or white chocolate liqueur)
  • 2 oz crème de menthe
  • 2 oz creamer (vanilla, optional)
  • Whipped cream
  • Candy cane sprinkles
  • Red sanding sugar
  • Mini candy canes

Instructions

  1. Choose Option #1 or Option #2 for the rim. Then, dip the rim of the martini glass in chocolate syrup or red cookie frosting.
  2. Next, dip the sticky rim into a rimmed, shallow plate filled with red sugar and/or candy canes.
  3. Add all peppermint martini ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice: chocolate liqueur, crème de menthe, and creamer.
  4. Shake until well mixed and chilled. Strain into the glass.
  5. Top martini with whipped cream, candy cane sprinkles, and a sprinkle of red sugar.
  6. Then, hook one or two mini candy canes onto the rim of the glass.
  7. Sip and enjoy!
