Description
This creamy peanut butter frosting is perfect for cakes and cupcakes.
Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 ¾ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl with an electric hand mixer, beat the butter for 1 minute until light and fluffy.
- Add the peanut butter, cream cheese, and vanilla to the butter. Beat for 1 more minute.
- Add one cup of powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture. Turn the mixer on low and beat for 5 seconds, then turn the mixer on medium and beat for 1 more minute.
- Add the remaining powdered sugar and beat 1 more minute.
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
