- 2–3 pounds beef ribs (Make sure they are Halal)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Barbecue sauce (optional, ensure it’s Halal)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set your oven to 300°F (150°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the ribs.
- Prepare the ribs: Rinse the beef ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season the ribs: In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this spice mixture evenly all over the ribs.
- Add olive oil: Drizzle the olive oil over the seasoned ribs to ensure they remain moist during the roast.
- Place in a baking dish: Arrange the ribs in a single layer in a baking dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil to trap the moisture.
- Roast in the oven: Bake the ribs for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until they are tender. If using barbecue sauce, brush it on during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Rest and serve: Once finished, remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
