- 1 cup turkey ham, diced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the oven and baking dish – Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish so the chicken doesn’t stick while cooking. This small step makes cleanup much easier later.
- Season the chicken – Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish in a single layer. Sprinkle them with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. These simple spices add warmth and depth without overpowering the dish.
- Mix the creamy topping – In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add the toppings – Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese across the top, then add the diced turkey ham.
- Bake the dish – Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Finish with green onions – Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the oven and sprinkle sliced green onions over the top. They add a pop of freshness and color that brightens the dish.
