A delicious fusion of ramen and Birria, perfect for a hearty meal!
Ingredients

- 2 3-ounce packs plain ramen noodles
- 2 cups cooked Birria meat
- 4 cups Birria broth
- 1/2 cup diced white onion
- 2–3 medium radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- 1 medium avocado, sliced
- fresh cilantro (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen based on the package instructions (minus the seasoning packet, if included).
- Divide the cooked noodles into 4 bowls.
- Add 1/2 cup of the noodle water to each bowl.
- Heat up the Birria meat and broth, if necessary.
- Add 1/2 cup of the Birria meat and 1 cup of the Birria broth to each bowl.
- Add toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe can be adjusted to include your favorite toppings.
- Make sure to use the noodle water for added flavor.
