Description

A delicious fusion of ramen and Birria, perfect for a hearty meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 3-ounce packs plain ramen noodles
  • 2 cups cooked Birria meat
  • 4 cups Birria broth
  • 1/2 cup diced white onion
  • 23 medium radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 cup shredded Monterrey jack cheese
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced
  • fresh cilantro (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen based on the package instructions (minus the seasoning packet, if included).
  2. Divide the cooked noodles into 4 bowls.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of the noodle water to each bowl.
  4. Heat up the Birria meat and broth, if necessary.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of the Birria meat and 1 cup of the Birria broth to each bowl.
  6. Add toppings and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe can be adjusted to include your favorite toppings.
  • Make sure to use the noodle water for added flavor.
