- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugars, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar with additional cinnamon; dollop this mixture onto the batter and gently swirl with a knife.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the center.
- Cool before drizzling with cream cheese glaze.
