  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugars, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar with additional cinnamon; dollop this mixture onto the batter and gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the center.
  7. Cool before drizzling with cream cheese glaze.
