- 10 crispy taco shells
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- Optional: lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water; cook until well combined (about 5 minutes).
- Spoon seasoned meat into each taco shell generously.
- Top each taco with shredded cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.

- Make sure to drain excess fat from the meat for a healthier dish.
