  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients to streamline cooking.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot; cook ravioli as per package instructions until al dente.
  3. While ravioli cooks, heat marinara sauce in a separate saucepan over low heat.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drain ravioli and gently combine with the marinara sauce and cheese mixture.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
