- 1 lb pizza dough (fresh or store-bought)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp hot honey
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- In a small pan, sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Spread the sautéed garlic mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously on top of the garlic oil layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese bubbles and crust turns golden brown.
- Drizzle hot honey over the pizza immediately after baking and garnish with parsley and optional red pepper flakes before slicing.

- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
