  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by patting the thighs dry.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least one hour or overnight for deeper flavor.
