Description
Tender sirloin steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a fragrant garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add seasoned steak cubes in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned, working in batches if necessary.
- Reduce heat to medium; add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Return seared steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce. Heat through for about one minute.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure steak is cooked to your preferred doneness.
- Pair with a side of vegetables or pasta for a complete meal.
