Description

Tender sirloin steak bites seared to perfection and tossed in a fragrant garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add seasoned steak cubes in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned, working in batches if necessary.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  4. Return seared steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter sauce. Heat through for about one minute.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure steak is cooked to your preferred doneness.
  • Pair with a side of vegetables or pasta for a complete meal.
