A delicious and easy appetizer, these Spinach Artichoke Crescent Rolls are perfect for parties or a cozy night in.

- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, chopped artichokes, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
- Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the spinach-artichoke filling onto the wider end of each dough triangle.
- Gently roll up each triangle from the wide end to the pointed tip, enclosing the filling. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Brush the tops of the rolls lightly with the melted butter. Sprinkle with the extra tablespoon of Parmesan cheese and the dried parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed and a deep golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
- These rolls are best served warm right out of the oven.
- Can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
