- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until creamy and light.
- Add the vanilla extract and peppermint extract into the mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold the mini chocolate chips into the dough, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are slightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
