  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until creamy and light.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and peppermint extract into the mixture, stirring well to combine.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until just combined.
