These delicious chocolate marshmallow puffed rice treats are perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 3 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- 1/2 cup red, green, and white nonpareils
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, if using.
- Remove from heat and add the puffed rice cereal, mixing until well coated.
- In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil (if using) and pour over the puffed rice mixture, stirring to combine.
- Press the mixture into a greased pan and top with nonpareils.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
