Description

Delicious and easy slow cooker chicken fajitas.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add sliced bell pepper and onion on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour diced tomatoes over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle fajita seasoning evenly over the mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  7. Serve in tortillas and top with cheese.
