Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together the diced avocados, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Gently mix to avoid mashing the avocado.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly. Ensure the salad is well-dressed without mashing any of the avocado.
- Serve immediately or chill for a few minutes to enhance the flavors.
