Description
A creamy and delicious dessert layered with Oreos and a fluffy cream cheese mixture.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 ⅔ cups heavy cream
- 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
- 32 Oreos for layers (extra oreos for tops, coarsely chopped)
Instructions
- Using a mixer, whip the cream cheese in a large bowl, set aside.
- In another bowl, add the whipping cream using a mixer to get medium peaks, then add powdered sugar and whip in to get stiff peaks, without overwhipping.
- Add the whipping cream to the cream cheese together and whip together for fluffy mixture using mixer until it’s all combined and fluffy.
- Layer 16 oreos on bottom of an 8×8 pan. Line with parchment to lift out of a pan for a fancy presentation.
- Add half of the whipped cream mixture and spread out evenly.
- Repeat another layer with oreos and then whipped cream mixture.
- Add coarsely chopped Oreos to top and let refrigerate up to 4-6 hours or overnight.
- To serve, slice and serve. Can add fudge topping or chocolate syrup to the top if you wish!
Notes
- This dessert can be made a day ahead for best results.
- Feel free to customize with different toppings like whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
